Biodynamic Agriculture

A global movement that promotes a holistic approach to organic agriculture, gardening, food and health. Its aim is to regenerate the health and vitality of soils, restore food integrity and to promote the health and wholeness of local communities. All biodynamic farmers practice organic methods; however, they also focus on the metaphysical and spiritual roots they gain from farming holistically and in harmony with nature, which organic does not. This results in a few additional certification standards, shown by the Demeter logo, the internationally recognised brand for biodynamic certified food.
